1. Prepare Your Skin
- Exfoliate: Use a dry brush or loofah to exfoliate and stimulate circulation.
- Shower (optional): Warm water opens pores for better absorption.
2. Mix the Detox Formula

- Mix Black-Tox powder with apple cider vinegar or warm water until mixture is a thick consistency.
3. Apply the Mixture
- Spread a generous layer of the detox mix over the areas you want to treat (typically stomach, thighs, arms).
- Avoid cuts, open wounds, or sensitive areas.
4. Wrap Your Body
- Use plastic wrap (kitchen-grade cling film) or elastic bandages to wrap the treated areas.
- Make sure it’s snug but not so tight that it cuts off circulation.
5. Relax & Suppress
- Compress (optional): with a waist trainer or waist bandage to help enhance slimness and contouring.
- Relax for 30–45 minutes or 1 hour.
6. Unwrap & Rinse
- Remove the wrap.

- Pat skin dry with a clean towel.
7. Moisturize
